happy thanksgiving

the new u2 album is so damn good. i guess they get to just define what is good. that must be how it works. whatever sounds comes off their album is just inherintly good. i think they must have sold their collective soul to God and hey gave it back for this album.

also, long weekend for me. haven't had more than two days off and usually just one day if i'm lucky since i got here, so i'm pretty excited to decompress a little. i'm reading dylan's book, which i really like. abby's going to be here until friday morning, so that will be great, and everything else is pretty much normal.
