not just the weather is gloomy

say what you will about the L.A. media but I'll take it over Seattle any day. I don't know what it is, but every time i turn on the news it's something about parents starving their children, teachers having sex with their students, trucks driving into houses, the latest sex offender escapade, not the normal L.A. type bummers but really freaky evil stuff. and they hammer on it. i guess cuz they don't have hollywood in their backyard. But i'd rather hear about ben and jen and paris and jessica and nick than Joe Inbred.
