Guatama Buddha founder of Buddhism (563), the establishment of the WPA by Congress (1935), the surpassing of Babe Ruth's all-time homerun record by Hank Aaron (1974), the first execution by electric chair of a woman (1899), the death of Kurt Cobain (1994), and the hanging of Dietrich Bonhoeffer (1945) we will be meeting at the Cabo Cantina in Los Angeles for margaritas and revelry at 8:30 in the p.m.

also on this date in 1925, A's slugger Joe Hauser was standing near first base, minding his own business, when his knee suddenly gave way and his kneecap shattered all by itself. He was out for the season, and his other knee blew in the same exact manner a few years later.

never mind. i just read the title of the post and realized that everyone is talking about tomorrow. not today. so, joe hauser, today in 1925. and, i am out for tomorrow night. does any one want to hang out with me tonight? i will travel!

I am a bar in Los Angeles that you will drink at. You can hang out with my neighbors too, a Irish pub, and a Bostonian bar. My friend Alan knows where I live.
cabo is a great little bar, that tends to get crowded but has good beers and margeritas and is a good place to hang...i am in and will bring some of my posse. its on wilshire a few blocks west of the 405. drew, if you get this soon...wanna grab a drink this evening? you sounded anxious to hang out, and i havent seen you in a long while, so what do you say? just as friends, no pressure...
