another prayer request

last night/this morning amanda's grandma had what we are guessing is a stroke. she is in the hospital right now, and they are running some tests. we're waiting back for the results of an MRI right now to figure out what actually happened. the people at the first hospital weren't very good at doing their jobs. at one point the doctor came into the room and actually had to ask amanda's dad if a CT scan had been done already. he said "how am I supposed to know, aren't you the doctor?". they have since moved her to a different hospital.

please be praying for her grandma, and the rest of amanda's family as we try to figure out what is going on. her grandma isn't making a lot of sense right now, but she is still able to recognize people and make sense some of the time. depending on what happens, amanda and i might have to head up to bakersfield and be with the family.

on a side note, tomorrow (tuesday) is amanda and I's first anniversary. it's also jen and jayson's anniversary as well. yay!!! hopefully we will be able to enjoy it. thanks for the prayers everybody.
