buddy holly doesn't get enough press these days. more important than elvis. dave grohl might be cool to drink beer with, but i could care less for him. elvis costello might be the most interesting, hank williams the most mystical, and dean martin is by far the coolest... and best actor. he's a better actor than singer and i think he's a pretty good singer. all should watch rio bravo several times.
