my grandfather is in missouri with his brother, several years older, possibly celebrating their last world series. he was nine when they won in 1934, he grew with them, he has a signed picture of dizzy, paul dean, leo durocher, joe medwick, and frankie frisch. cheers to him you sad sacks.
