so this is the new year

So this is the new year. And i don't feel any different. The clanking of crystal Explosions off in the distance So this is the new year And I have no resolutions For selfl assigned penance For problems with easy solutions So everybody put your best suit or dress on Let's make believe that we are wealthy for just this once Lighting firecrackers off on the front lawn As thirty dialogues bleed into one I wish the world was flat like the old days Then i could travel just by folding a map No more airplanes, or speedtrains, or freeways There'd be no distance that can hold us back. There'd be no distance that could hold us back So this is the new year ~~

Other than that buisness... i have to say that I got to see ,live, probably one of the most exciting national championship games ever to be played. seats were 7 rows up and on the 40 yard line too. 4rth down and 5 yards to go, 30 seconds left, texas down 38 to 33. vince young scrabmles, and then decides that he should just go ahead and win the game. 13 yard run for the game wining TD. to be in the mix of half a stadium of texas fans.... that was a moment not soon forgotten.

in other news... great to see everybody. drew, good of you and amanda to drop in. brent, excellent to see you and just hang out. and so its 2006...

i was sore.. after under going an abdomen surgery... the use of my vocal chords at high volume for many hours on end, had the effect of soreness on my muscles, and the loss of my voice.

but it was worth it.

man, what a great game.

xio and i decided that we are moving back to the west side. pasadena just isn't for us. we need to be more central to everything.

then we got in a dumb fight after a great dinner. hence, me on the computer and her sleeping.

god it is dumb.

guess it's part of it all though.

west side till we die niggahs!

i have to admit jealously as well...Vince Young is my own personal hero now for slaying the dragon which was USC...i dont like USC for personal reasons...one being their annihilation of OU the year prior. Go Sooners.... and go Longhorns! I want the Raiders to draft Vince Young.
